Delivering Content For us, web design begins with content. Every aspect of design and development begins with the content you supply; after all, no one knows your business like you do. We will offer guidance and assistance as to content, but believe strongly that the responsibility for it lies with you. But if you are not happy with that content, remember that anything published on your site can be changed as often as you like.
Bespoke Design We don’t just push out web sites! We create sites with bespoke design that we believe will reflect your company’s image and branding. After your requirements have been finalised and agreed, we will work up designs from which you choose the one that best suits your business. For an indication of the quality of our sites, compare some of our designs with others on the web.
Development This part of the process is down to us! We will develop your content management system, contacting you at key stages to clarify further points and keep you fully up-to-date with progress.
Training When the website is built we will contact you for approval and set up a training day. This will allow up to a full day’s training for up to three staff. Training will help you understand how Xplode works, how to administer your website, and how to maximise its use.
Ongoing Support Access to a manual and a helpline number will form the start of your support, enabling you to maximise your Internet goals and objectives.
At least four times a year we will also offer a full day’s review and training with other Xplode Group members, at our accessible Leeds premises, for a very competitive fee. On-site training is always available at a very competitive cost.
